History
| Personal History | Melodia was born and raised in the Yucatan Peninsula of Central America. Her father was a communications specialist and her mother an archaeologist. Melodia grew up hearing stories of the ancient peoples in her part of the world. As she grew, so did her curiosity. She read all she could about other civilizations and their histories. She graduated early and moved to Mexico City to study at the university. While working on her post-graduate degree, she used what she had learned about research to get into Starfleet Intel in order to find some information. Her finesse impressed the Admiralty. In lieu of any sort of punishment, she was hired to do research for Starfleet. She was sent to Starfleet Academy where she studied Intel and Communications. Her marks in research and hands-on applications of what she learned were impressive and she graduated near the top of her class. |
