		Starfleet Commendation Awarded to an officer for any action that goes above and beyond the call of duty, during normal day to day running of the ship/base, or for one who develops and runs thought-out subplots or character development.		Details
		Starfleet Ribbon of Merit Awarded to an officer for minor OOC contributions to a simulation. This award can be given out for virtually any reason, simply as a thank you.		Details
		Citation For Gallantry Awarded in recognition of the bravery and selflessness of crewmen. It should be awarded to officers who take action that benefit the ship and/or crew at the risk of their own safety		Details
		Purple Heart (Endeavour Sim Specific Award) Awarded to officers and enlisted members of Starfleet who suffer serious duty related injuries in the line of duty. This award is only to be given to personnel who are injured in the line of duty during a mission and who are treated by medical personnel.		Details
		Starfleet Cross for Merit This award is presented to an officer by the CO for major contributions which they have made to the Simulation. This award is recommended for, but not limited to, plot related achievements, such as taking an active part in carrying the plot forward.		Details
		Meritorious Service Medal Award given to those who display stellar performance in character and out of character and for providing realism and depth in sims and logs		Details
		Pallas Medal This award is to be handed out to officers who, through their character, contribute to the plot by making important contributions by interacting with the Commanding Officer as well as the Executive Officer		Details
		Atlas Cross for Service Awarded to those officers serving in roles of Executive Officer, Second Officer, Deputy and/or Adviser in recognition of the strength & endurance they provide as assistants to support their respective Commanders.		Details
		Starfleet Service Medal Awarded to Starfleet personnel for honorably serving in a combat situation.		Details
		Sigma Cross Awarded to Starfleet personnel for serving in ground based combat		Details
		Distinguished Star Cross Awarded to personnel for exceptional performance, or exceptional acts of valour and prowess whilst carrying out a mission or operation. This medal is not for a specific action, but rather a summary of the total mission.		Details
		Ribbon of Excellence Awarded to crew who display overall excellence in their contributions to the sim as a whole.		Details
		Medal of Valor Received by the most selfless and heroic individuals in Starfleet, in cases where the individual was called upon to make a great personal sacrifice for the benefit of Starfleet and the Federation		Details
		Captains Merit Award This award is for anyone who is deemed a good crewmember by the Commanding Officer. He/She has done a good job in their posting and has remained active and paticipated to the ship in many ways.		Details
		Longevity Ribbon Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of one consecutive year.		Details
		Good Conduct Ribbon This ribbon is awarded to individuals that always demonstrate the best qualities of a Starfleet Officer, both on and off duty, as determined by the Commanding Officer.		Details
		Bronze Star Officers who put themselves in grave danger by going far beyond the normal call of duty qualify for this medal.		Details
		Character Development Ribbon Awarded to an individual who develops his or her character in a believable manner over a series of posts.		Details
		Captain's Honor Award Awarded to individuals deemed worthy by the Commanding Officer.		Details
		Commissioning Ribbon Awarded to all individuals that actively participate in a ship's Shakedown Cruise		Details
		Cupid Award Given for a well-written, believable romantic relationship between two characters.		Details
		Friendship Ribbon Awarded to an individual that develops a convincing and meaningful friendship with another character or NPC. (Romantic relationships qualify for the Cupid award instead.)		Details
		Marksmanship Award For recognition of firearm abilities.		Details
		Recruitment Ribbon Awarded for successfully recruiting someone.		Details
		Rivalry Ribbon Awarded to an individual that develops a convincing and heated rivalry with another character or NPC.		Details
		Civilian Contribution Ribbon In recognition of the great elements a civilian who lends great support and contribution to the ship.		Details
		Crew's Choice Award Awarded to the most outstanding player of the month as voted on by the crew.		Details
		Distinguished Newcomer Award This award is given to any new player that distinguishes themselves and makes themselves known to the other members of the ship.		Details
		Unsung Hero Award While heroism is often recognized, the silent and ever ready support crew can be overlooked. They are the ones who are always there to back us up, and their support makes the real difference when the heat is on. This award can only be applied to In Character actions.		Details
		Distinguished Volunteer Award Awarded to an individual that volunteers their spare time to help the sim and/or the Fleet in a significant way, such as designing graphics for use on the site or helping with site maintenance		Details
		Warrior's Soul Award For writing believable and exciting battle posts.		Details
		Advancement Award Awarded to individuals who pass a ship-based course of study as established by the Commanding Officer, be it inter-departmental training, phaser or combat training, or specialized departmental training.		Details

		Treknobabble Commendation This award is given to commend writers of characters in any and all departments for their outstanding use of nonsensical technology words and use of star trek language to produce writing so confusingly authentic that it seems as though it came right out of a script. Awarded to players who work treknobabble into their posts, making the fantastic sound believable.		Details
		Desert Fox Order of Tactics This award is presented to an individual who plays a key part in developing new tactics while in ground combat.		Details

		Nemesis Award Awarded to a player who develops and plays a convincing adversary		Details
		Pour le Merite Award Awarded to a player who demonstrates supreme posting quality and quantity, finds ways to involve their character(s) meaningfully into the main plot and side stories and often involves other players in joint posts.		Details
		Writer of the Month (Fleet) Awarded to an individual who is considered the best writer for a particular month. This award is chosen by the Theta Fleet Command based on CO Monthly Reports.		Details
		Year One Award Awarded to all crew who were an active member during the Endeavour's first year of operations and helped the sim get through its first year.		Details
		Theta Fleet CO of the Year Award Awarded in January of each year to honor the Commanding Officer deemed worthy by the Admiralty. The CO of the Year Award is given to the Commanding Officer that best exhibits the qualities of a Theta Fleet Commanding Officer. He or she must have held command for a minimum of 6 months the previous calendar year and display the Sim Activity, Recruiting, Posting and Fleet participation desired from all Theta Fleet Commanding Officers. 		Horatio Nelson Citation Awarded for developing a new ship-to-ship battle maneuver. Named after Horatio, Lord Nelson, the creator of the pall mall tactic that won the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805, the Horatio Nelson Citation commends an individual who came up with a brilliant tactical maneuver in ship-to-ship combat that is worthy of recognition.
